Valentino's mom contacted me over Thanksgiving and was looking to book a mini session.

After talking with her more, I discovered that she had a sweet baby boy who was about 5 weeks old and she really wanted to get some updated family photos that included him! 

She described the look she was going for. Classic, Clean, Simple. 

We scheduled her session for the following week and talked about the best outfit choices for a studio family session. I always struggle with figuring out the best outfits to wear (in general) let alone for time to capture! Now I know who to call when I need help, because Christina nailed it. She joked and said she brought her whole closet, but that allowed us to do a swift outfit change and get some different poses!

I always feel so blessed to work with such amazing and beautiful families. Valentino's siblings were completely in love with their new little brother and were great assistants during the session! I love offering custom photography to my clients. The pre-consultation is so important to the tone of the session! It helps me and you plan your outfits, the set (or location) and all the fun little details so that I can create the session of your dreams!  

I love having a large enough studio space to accommodate families of 5 with ease and with the move to studio light last year, I can now offer studio sessions in the evening when natural light is not available.

Tatum, what am I going to do with you? He got really excited to take "back to school" photos with me, or at least I will tell myself that! What he was really excited about was biting into a big red apple!! That's ok, I was happy to oblige him while clicking away!

My little ones LOVE looking at photos that are hanging on the wall. They get really excited when it is someone they recognize, especially if the photo is of them! 

I firmly believe that hanging photos in your home helps boost the confidence of children. I see it in my own children's reactions!

Phoenix AZ Cake Smash Photographer - Ivan

Oh, Ivan! He was too sweet for words during his session! This handsome little man seemed to know exactly what to do and where to look! He wasn't too interested in his cake, which is pretty normal for cake smash sessions, but he was completely obsessed with the bath at the end! 

I have found that even if most babies hate their cake, they LOVE their bath and always give me some amazing shots at the end!

Abby & Katherine came to the studio for a last minute studio mini session. It is so nice being able to schedule sessions last minute with my new studio. Everything is already set up and ready to go!
Kids always seem to love playing and sitting on stools and chairs. I still haven't figured out why, but can't get your one year old to sit still, sit them on a baby chair or stool and be amazed!!
I let the girls pick the props and colors and show off their fun little personalities!

Phoenix Baby Photographer - Scarlett

I worked with Scarlett's mom for a few weeks planning her session. I always get so excited when we chat and plan sessions and truly look forward to the outcome! Scarlett's did not disappoint! We decided to forego the cake smash and just do classic portraits. We got some amazing captures of her and I just love the simplicity of her session.
